Our Radius Rod Plates, designed to offer a host of advantages that enhance the efficiency and strength of your setup.

One of the standout features of these plates is their unique design, allowing you to remove one radius rod at a time without the need to dismantle the entire radius rod plate. This innovation comes with numerous benefits: no more worrying about stud breakage, reinforced bolts replace the traditional studs, the convenience of removing a single rod when needed, and a significantly faster process for changing a rear axle. Furthermore, as these plates sandwich the factory frame, they contribute to increased chassis strength and rigidity.

Recognizing that the factory stud setup relies on a nylock nut for locking, we addressed this challenge by incorporating Schnoor washers on the bolts. These washers prevent the bolts from loosening and maintain torque without the need for additional locktight application. Our weld nuts, meticulously crafted in-house from 4130 chromoly with a form tap, offer superior thread strength and density compared to factory nuts, ensuring robust thread engagement over years of use.

With this kit, you'll receive a handy template for drilling the necessary holes to mount the plates securely. Start by drilling a 1/8" pilot hole, followed by enlarging it to approximately 1/4" or slightly larger, using your own drill bits. Everything you need for installation is included, except for the drill bits.
